Spinning Babies

Spinning Babies is an approach to childbirth preparation like no other.
Mom’s job is to dilate, but baby’s job is to rotate. When baby’s job is easier, labor is easier for mother as well. Spinning Babies offers 3 Principles for any childbirth method to empower childbearing women.

Miles Circuit

This circuit is useful to help get the baby lined up, ideally, in the “Left Occiput Anterior” (LOA) Position, both before labor begins and when some corrections need to be done during labor.

Mom has her hands free, and is able to hold her baby. The curtain was lowered for the birth so the mother could watch. Having a c-section, does NOT mean you can’t have a peaceful birth experience!
